pocket no. 00 — who's behind the pocket
A pocketful of little tools, made by CraftingBits.
AllMyTools is a small shelf of free browser tools, built and filed by hand by CraftingBits. Open one, get your answer, close the tab. That's the whole idea.
What this is
AllMyTools is a collection of small, single-purpose tools: unit converters, text counters, generators, a few calculators. Each one does exactly one job, on a page that loads before you finish deciding you needed it. There's no account to create, no tour to sit through, and no email required to see a result.
Who makes it
It's built by CraftingBits, a studio based in Spain. The studio's own site is craftingbits.com. Every tool here is written, tested and filed by hand — the code, the wording, the occasional joke — which is why the site has a personality instead of a template. Two tools a week, more or less, when reality allows.
How it's built
Everything runs in your browser. There's no server doing the math, no account holding your data, and no third-party scripts watching you type. Fonts and images are self-hosted too, so opening a tool doesn't phone half the internet first. It isn't magic. It's just a small site that decided not to be nosy.
Why it's free
AllMyTools is a free project. It started as the tools we wanted for ourselves and never found in one clean place, and putting them online costs less than the drawer of notes they used to live in. If advertising ever shows up here, it will be announced in the changelog first — never sneaked in.
The name
The tagline is the honest version: a pocketful of little tools. The pocket is the browser tab. The tools are the things you reach for once a week and then forget the name of — until you need them again.
