pocket no. 0 — how to reach a human
Contact
There's no contact form here, and that's deliberate. Just an inbox, read by the people who can actually fix things.
The one channel
Email: contact@craftingbits.com. It's the only channel, and it lands in the same box whether you're reporting a bug or saying the converter saved your evening.
What to write about
A few things people write in about:
- a bug — which tool, what you typed, what happened;
- a conversion that looks wrong — the number and the units (a screenshot helps);
- a tool you wish existed — we keep a list;
- a data or legal question — the privacy policy is short, but we'll walk you through it.
How fast
Replies come in days rather than minutes. Usually faster, occasionally slower if everyone writes on the same Tuesday.
What we can't help with
Problems with other websites, and unsolicited pitches.
About your message
Nothing you send is stored anywhere except the email itself. No form, no tracking pixel, no follow-up sequence. What you write stays between you and us.
The small print
AllMyTools is a CraftingBits project. For studio work, the studio lives atcraftingbits.com. For anything about the tools or your data, this address is the right one.
Write like you'd text a friend who happens to like units. — CraftingBits
